In 2023, in recognition of nearly a quarter century of serving as our league president, the Riggleman Rumble was established. Phil Riggleman served Elkins Little League as a manager, board member, and League President. 

Phil resigned his position of president in 2023 but still remains on our Board of Directors. Please be sure to thank Phil for his time and commitment to Elkins Little League.

The Riggleman Rumble is a post season, round robin tournament involving our Major League Baseball division.
